A: Most movies are DVD quality. Some movies are of a lower quality to begin with but a week or 2 after their cinema release are replaced with a proper DVD quality copy. All current movie quality screenshots for the latest movies can be found here.

Q: How long do the movies take to download?
A: Most movies download in 1 to 3 hours, depending on your internet connection speed.

Q: Is this a one time only fee or will I get billed again?
A: Yes, this is a one time only charge, you will never be billed again, only the initial signup fee of $12.

Q: How long is the membership for?
A: The membership is for the lifetime of our site, currently going on 6 years.

Q: Is this service available in my country?
A: Yes, all downloads are available to you no matter where you live.

Q: Are the movies time expiring, or limited in any way?
A: No, all movies can be watched as many times as you like and do not expire. You can also burn the movies to DVD's if you like and watch them on your home DVD player.

Q: How long do I have to wait after I pay before I can start downloading?
A: Your login details are emailed to you instantly after you pay, therefore you do not have to wait.
